Issues with WHMCS module

3 posts in this topic

Hi,

I'm trying to setup the WHMCS module as per instructions in https://documentation.solusvm.com/display/DOCS/WHMCS

There is no firewall on the 2 servers, I can see traffic between the 2 servers with tcpdump, however, API log remains empty.

Also the Plans and Default operating system in "Module Settings" tab are not updated.

I'm attaching the debug info:

Array ( [type] => openvz [id] => *** [key] => ***  [action] => listplans ) Array ( [master] => 5 [usertype] => admin ) httpStatusCode: 0
effectiveUrl: https://mvmm22.test.com:5656/api/admin/command.php

Array ( [type] => openvz [id] => *** [key] => *** [action] => listnodes ) Array ( [master] => 5 [usertype] => admin ) httpStatusCode: 0
effectiveUrl: https://mvmm22.test.com:5656/api/admin/command.php

Array ( [type] => openvz [id] => *** [key] => *** [action] => listnodegroups ) Array ( [master] => 5 [usertype] => admin ) httpStatusCode: 0
effectiveUrl: https://mvmm22.test.com:5656/api/admin/command.php

Array ( [type] => openvz [id] => *** [key] => *** [action] => listtemplates ) Array ( [master] => 5 [usertype] => admin ) httpStatusCode: 0
effectiveUrl: https://mvmm22.test:5656/api/admin/command.php

Could you help with this matter?

Thanks.

Looks like it is unable to connect to the specific port or else you would have a http status code. Did you change the port of the SolusVM install by any chance? . Can you run wget with the correct URL on the WHMCS server? In that case you will need to update this as well with the following in the Acces Hash field (replace with your HTTPS port):

<port>443</port>

wget https://mvmm22.test:5656/api/admin/command.php

Hi,

If you browse the URL directly, you will see an error stating invalid key or ID.  Now, try browsing this URL from the server where you have WHMCS installatioin and see what it is doing?

You should consider reconfiguring it once again going through the doc one by one..
